“Prosa” Opens in Aveiro by Chef Rui Paula

The fine dining restaurant “Prosa” has opened at MS Collection Aveiro – Palacete de Valdemouro, a unique space where classic meets contemporary and where the history of the region is told in an innovative way, through a unique experience.

In the menu of the MS Group’s first restaurant, designed by Chef Rui Paula, we find haute cuisine creations that follow customs, invoking emotional roots.

“Each dish, tells a story” this is the Chef’s promise to “Prosa” customers. A purpose that goes perfectly with the soul of the restaurant, which stands out for recreating an engaging atmosphere of quality and charm that takes us back to the time of Eça de Queiroz.

The menu – available on the restaurant’s website – was thought out down to the smallest detail, with exquisite dishes capable of satisfying the most refined and delicate tastes. “Memory is my main source of inspiration. Each dish should appeal to the senses and be full of color and flavor. Each meal should be a sensorial and cultural experience”, highlights Chef Rui Paula.

With a capacity for 40 seats, the restaurant is open every day, from 12:30 pm to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm. From Monday to Friday there is an executive menu for €25 per person. Reservations can be made directly on the website, by email or by calling +351 234 245 630.
